Technical Notices

Technical Notices are issued in response to a request concerning a given packaging product or component.

Technical Notices enable the applicant to:

• Define a case with respect to compliance with essential requirements in France (see Rules & standards section).
• Assess the compliance of its packaging product or component with other collection, sorting and recycling systems in Europe.
