How does it work ?

To govern its operations, COTREP drew up a charter that has been signed by the managers of the three constituent entities.

Article 6 of the COTREP charter concerns confidentiality. The applicant and COTREP sign a confidentiality agreement covering the information needed for the case to be examined, including:

• Anonymity of Applicant,
• Nature of process,
• Packaging design,
• Marketing forecasts (quantities and timeframe),
• Technical information provided by the Applicant,
• Study plan and detailed results of tests.

This information remains confidential with third parties, even after the packaging has been marketed.
