Confidentiality of the Technical Notice

All Technical Notices remain confidential with respect to third parties until the packaging has been marketed.

Once the packaging is on the market, the Technical Notice is made public and is published under the terms and conditions specified in the Charter.

A true partnership is established between the manufacturer and COTREP. In particular, for Technical Notices it is embodied in a signed agreement that also deals with confidentiality.
